if you hold a valid California seller's permit and are purchasing products from us for resale, print and fill out the "California Resale Certificate" form and fax it back to our office @ 818-904-0005.

SECTION 6378 EXEMPTIONS CERTIFICATE
This a partial tax exemption forms which applies to certain Teleproductions. If you are eligible for this exemption, fill out the Section 6378 Exemption Certificate form and fax it back to our office @ 818-904-0005
